Your privacy is important to us. "Focus Tools" (the "Extension") is designed to process images and generate metadata with minimal data retention.

1. Data Collection and Usage

• User Inputs: We collect the images and text prompts you explicitly upload or select for the purpose of processing.
• AI Processing (Google Gemini): To generate prompts and metadata, your inputs (images/text) are sent to Google's Gemini API using your own API Key. We do not store this data on our servers; it is passed through for processing and returned to you.
• Adobe Stock Interaction: The Extension interacts with the Adobe Stock Contributor portal to automate form filling. We do not collect your Adobe login credentials or password.

2. API Keys

Your Google Gemini API Key is stored locally on your device (in Chrome Local Storage). It is sent to our backend server only to authenticate requests to Google on your behalf. It is never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

3. Data Retention

Our server processes your images in memory to generate the requested outputs (prompts/metadata) and immediately discards them. We do not permanently store your uploaded images or generated metadata on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for the following purposes:

• Payment Processing: We use a Merchant of Record (e.g., Paddle, Lemon Squeezy) to handle payments. We do not store your credit card information.
• Hosting: Our services are hosted on Render and Cloudflare.
