Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 16, 20261. Information FocusStock uses
Depending on the feature you use, FocusStock may process:
- Account information: your Supabase user ID, email address, and basic profile information supplied by your authentication provider.
- Images and text you choose to process: reference images, prompts, metadata instructions, keyword controls, and other production inputs you explicitly provide.
- Alfred production state: conversation messages, production-plan state, preferences, prompt-queue items, session titles, stages, and timestamps needed to save and resume Premium sessions.
- Subscription and entitlement state: plan status, remaining hosted credits, renewal information, and the identifiers needed to associate a Paddle subscription with your FocusStock account.
- Basic service telemetry: server request logs and technical error information used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. FocusStock does not claim to collect private Adobe sales or revenue data.
2. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
FocusStock 2.8 supports compatible user-provided keys for image-capable provider paths including Google Gemini, OpenRouter, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Provider availability may change as their APIs change.
Your BYOK credentials are stored in Chrome extension storage on your device/account. In the current BYOK path, FocusStock asks its backend for prompt/metadata instructions where needed, then the extension sends the AI request directly to the provider you selected. The FocusStock backend does not need your BYOK credential for those direct-provider calls.
Your selected AI provider receives the content required to answer the request, such as an image and instructions. That provider's own privacy, retention, and API terms apply to its processing.
3. Premium hosted AI processing
Premium users may use FocusStock-hosted AI capacity without providing a personal API key. For hosted workflows, the extension sends the required request content to the FocusStock backend, which calls the server-configured AI provider and returns the result. Hosted credits are tracked against the authenticated FocusStock user.
FocusStock does not use your submitted images, prompts, or metadata to train a FocusStock model.
4. Alfred sessions and reference images
Alfred needs persistent production state so that a Premium user can resume a plan. Alfred session records may therefore be stored in Supabase, including messages, plan state, preferences, progress, and export-queue content.
Reference-image attachments are turn-scoped. The current Alfred session store removes reference-image payloads before session persistence. They may be transmitted for the active AI turn, but FocusStock does not intentionally retain their base64 payloads inside saved Alfred session state.
5. Adobe Stock interaction
The extension runs on the Adobe Stock Contributor site when you use FocusStock there. It reads and interacts with page elements needed for selected-image workflows and metadata/form automation. FocusStock does not ask for or store your Adobe password.
Research features may build Adobe Stock search URLs from filters or contributor identifiers you provide. FocusStock does not represent these workflows as access to Adobe's private sales, download, revenue, or search-volume data.
6. Authentication, payments, and infrastructure
- Supabase is used for authentication and server-side product state such as entitlements and Alfred sessions.
- Paddle is used for Premium checkout and subscription events. FocusStock does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
- Render is used to host the FocusStock API.
- AI providers process requests according to the provider selected for a BYOK workflow or the provider configured for a hosted FocusStock workflow.
7. Chrome Web Store Limited Use
FocusStock uses data only to provide or improve the user-facing production-workspace features described in the extension and its store listing. FocusStock does not sell user data, use it for personalized advertising, or transfer it to data brokers.
FocusStock's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
8. Data retention and deletion
Saved Alfred sessions and entitlement records are retained as needed to provide the product. Temporary AI request content is processed for the requested operation; reference-image payloads are not intentionally stored in Alfred's persisted session state.
You can delete individual Alfred sessions from the extension. For account-level privacy or deletion requests, contact us using the address below. Some billing or transaction records may be retained by Paddle or as otherwise required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or service-integrity purposes.
9. Security
FocusStock uses authenticated API routes for account-scoped Premium features and separates BYOK credentials from the hosted Alfred model path. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their provider keys and revoke any key they believe has been exposed.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as FocusStock adds or changes production stages, providers, billing, or storage behavior. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
