• Focus Tools is a utility for generating metadata and prompts; it does not guarantee acceptance of your content by third-party platforms (e.g., Adobe Stock, Shutterstock).
• We are not responsible for any copyright violations, account suspensions, or rejections on stock photography platforms resulting from the use of metadata generated by this tool.

This software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this software.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

• Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
