Terms of Service

1. The FocusStock service

FocusStock is an AI production workspace for stock contributors. Current features may include Prompt Extractor, Adobe Stock Auto-fill, Research workflows, Alfred production planning and sessions, prompt queues, metadata tools, and CSV export.

Integrated image generation is not part of FocusStock 2.8. Future features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Some features require a FocusStock account and a valid sign-in session. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and any user-provided AI-provider credentials secure. You must not use another person's account or credentials without permission.

3. BYOK providers and third-party services

FocusStock can connect to compatible third-party AI APIs using credentials you provide. When you choose a BYOK provider, you are responsible for that provider account, API charges, usage limits, and compliance with the provider's terms. Provider availability and model behavior can change independently of FocusStock.

FocusStock also relies on third-party infrastructure and services including Supabase, Paddle, Render, AI providers, and Adobe Stock. Their availability and terms are outside FocusStock's control.

4. User content and AI-assisted output

You are responsible for images, prompts, metadata instructions, and other content you submit or process through FocusStock, including ensuring you have the rights and permissions required to use that content.

AI-generated prompts, metadata, research suggestions, and Alfred recommendations can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular marketplace. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or submitting it.

FocusStock does not guarantee acceptance, ranking, sales, revenue, downloads, or any other marketplace result on Adobe Stock or another platform.

5. Adobe Stock and marketplace compliance

FocusStock is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe Inc. You remain responsible for following Adobe Stock Contributor terms, submission requirements, intellectual-property rules, generative-AI disclosure requirements, and any other rules that apply to your content.

Research features help construct and inspect public Adobe Stock search workflows. FocusStock does not represent that it has access to Adobe's private sales, revenue, download, or search-volume data.

6. Premium subscriptions and hosted credits

Premium features are offered on a recurring subscription basis at the price shown during checkout. Paddle acts as the payment Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, receipts, taxes where applicable, and the buyer billing relationship.

• Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled.
• You may cancel through the Paddle customer portal linked from Paddle's subscription emails, or request help from FocusStock support.
• Cancellation normally takes effect according to the billing state shown by Paddle; canceling does not itself create a refund for an already paid period.
• Premium includes a hosted-AI credit allowance as described on the pricing page. Hosted credits are a service-usage allowance, have no cash value, and are not a separately purchased currency in FocusStock 2.8.

7. Refunds

FocusStock currently offers a 14-day refund window for a new Premium subscription, subject to the conditions in the Refund Policy and any rights that cannot legally be excluded. Paddle may be involved in processing approved refunds.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use FocusStock to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, compromise accounts or services, abuse third-party APIs, bypass provider safeguards or usage restrictions, interfere with FocusStock infrastructure, or distribute malicious content or code.

9. Availability and changes

FocusStock is provided on an as-available basis. We may maintain, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and third-party provider outages may affect individual workflows.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FocusStock is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Focus Tools is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, third-party provider behavior, marketplace decisions, or content submitted by the user.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as FocusStock changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Where a change materially affects user data practices, billing, or other rights, we will provide any notice required by applicable law or platform policy.
