We review all requests within 48 hours and process approved refunds immediately. Funds usually return to your bank statement within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time via the "Account" or "Billing" section in the extension (or by contacting us). Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for time already paid.
